I stayed for one night while visiting the Shandaken Historical Museum, which was just a short walk away. The room was cozy and had comfortable bedding, providing a perfect spot to rest after a long day exploring. The lounge area downstairs was a highlight, radiating a charming and warm atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience.

Not for the Luxury Seeker
The lounge downstairs had this very nice old charm that made it feel like you were part of something special. Even though the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and cozy enough to make you forget the cold after a bit, perfect just to crash after a day out.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but it’s still okay for what you get.

The bed felt really comfortable, making it a solid place to crash after a long day out. Cozy vibe throughout the hotel.
I had a rough night due to thin walls, catching the late-night commotion when the cops showed up—definitely not ideal for sleep. The bathroom was cramped, which can be uncomfortable for anyone larger. I arrived on a Monday and found everything shut down, forcing a search for food in a deserted town, and the coffee in the morning was pretty much undrinkable. No breakfast options left me starving for the ride out.

Charming Stay with Unique Vibes
The hotel radiated an inviting atmosphere, with a surprisingly comfortable bed that made it hard to leave. However, do be aware of limited food options on Mondays. I suggest planning meals in advance to avoid hunger. Perfect for those looking to unwind in nature!

The homemade jams at breakfast were a delightful surprise, and the charming bar and lounge area added a cozy vibe to unwind after a day out. Plus, don't miss the outstanding Mexican restaurant just a stone's throw away—it truly rocked my taste buds!
Unfortunately, I arrived on a Monday, which meant everything was closed. After a long day of travel, I searched the town for a bite to eat, but to no avail. I ended up starving the next morning with undrinkable coffee to boot. If you stay here, just remember to plan your meals around the hotel's schedule!

Charming and neat accommodations in a picturesque town, perfect for a brief stay. The restaurant offered delightful Italian dishes that added a nice touch, and the inviting lobby was a comfortable spot to relax. However, the limited amenities left me searching for alternatives, and the room showed signs of wear, detracting from the overall experience. It's advisable to plan meals ahead, especially since many options are closed after hours.
